Definitely the change in tides will affect how the fish and other organisms interact. The birds only seem to come out when it is low tide. There seems to be smaller fish during low tide too. Because there are only smaller fish during low tide, the bigger fish that may be stuck further out from shore cannot eat as much because most of the small fish are closer in. Also I think that the roughness of the wind and of the water will affect where the fish are. If it is rough water they are probably less likely to stay near rocks or shallow areas because they may get banged up against the rocks or the sand. Also if it is windy or the water is rough birds are probably less likely to come. Also there may just be less fish around because it is so shallow and the fish probably don't want to risk getting cut up against rocks.
